1. Lawful use and client conduct

Clients and website users must use Orya One’s website and services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate applicable law, contractual restrictions, or the rights of third parties.

We do not permit use connected to fraud, spam, malware, unauthorised access, deceptive marketing, harassment, or unlawful processing of personal data.

2. Intellectual property compliance

You must respect the ownership of all Orya One content, deliverables, and methods, as well as third-party rights in software, APIs, content, trademarks, and licensed tools.

You must not ask Orya One to copy, clone, scrape, replicate, or unlawfully reproduce protected content, systems, or products belonging to others.

3. Security and access control

Clients are responsible for providing lawful credentials, maintaining secure access procedures, and protecting authorised accounts used during a project.

Where personal data is involved, parties are expected to act consistently with applicable data protection law, role allocation, confidentiality obligations, and appropriate safeguards.

We may refuse to process or integrate data workflows where the legal basis, permissions, or security controls are unclear or inadequate.

  • No unlawful scraping or extraction
  • No credential stuffing or account abuse
  • No resale or redistribution of Orya One materials without written permission
  • No use of deliverables beyond agreed scope
6. Enforcement and cooperation

If a compliance issue arises, we may request clarification, pause work, restrict access, remove materials, or terminate involvement depending on the severity of the issue.

We may also cooperate where legally required with competent authorities, hosting providers, security partners, or other lawful recipients.
